Project Assistant

This candidate would serve as a project manager for multiple clients. This would include Asana organization, following-up with subcontractors, organizing and uploading project files, scheduling discovery calls, and sending client invoices and contracts.

Good With People.

Whether it’s over email or a phone call, you make others feel heard, valued, and important. Communicating effectively with others is a skill that comes naturally to you.

This candidate would be forward-facing in many situations with clients and leads, from scheduling an initial discovery call to sending final deliverables. Those interactions with clients need to be consistently positive, clear, and relational.

Strong writer.

Austin Savage & Co. is a small, high-capacity team that produces high-quality content for our clients. Our primary projects include: podcast management, copywriting & ghostwriting, design, web development, and social media management. Because we’re a small team, every member of the team needs to have the ability to support on various client projects.

While a strong writer would easily add value to a multitude of projects, we are most importantly looking for someone who has a digital marketing skill they are confident in: Writing, Design, Video, Audio Editing, Social Management, etc.

 

Potential Monthly Tasks

  • Organizing & Managing Asana (Project Management Tool)

  • Communicating with Subcontractors

  • Emailing Clients

  • Organizing and Uploading Project Files

  • Scheduling Discovery Calls with Leads

  • Scheduling Calls Throughout Projects

  • Creating and Sending Client Invoices Each Month

  • Updating and Sending Contracts to Clients

  • Supporting Creatively on Client Work (See “Strong Writer” Block Above) — What this means would depend on your skill and creative wiring. As a full-service content marketing agency, the creative work we do is extensive.
