Ramblin’ RX is a company that specializes in aesthetics and botox with in-person and mobile services. The company is led by Nykole Jackson, an experienced aesthetic nurse, and her husband, Matt, who is a board-certified physician. They empower their clients to be high maintenance now in order to be low maintenance later, allowing them to spend their time on what matters most.
Nykole didn't want to tackle her website alone anymore. She sought assurance that it would be professionally executed, properly managed, and maintained in the future. Through our partnership, we had the opportunity to clarify how she wanted her brand portrayed, how she could use her website to support her actual operations, and partner on the strategy of communicating both in-person and mobile services.
Streamlining Operations Through Practical Design
One of the highlights of this project was the incorporation of a digital intake form. This removed the need for extra paperwork to be filled out, streamlined the intake process for new clients, and allows Ramblin' RX to eventually incorporate automations before and after an appointment that provide a great experience to patients.
